Why are we at the UN?

Did you know that Hawaiians have been advocating at the UN for nearly 50 years? Starting with Kawaipuna Prejean who in the 70s teamed up with AIM (the American Indian Movement) and native leaders from around the world to confront the UN for its deafness to indigenous voices. Over the years, many other Hawaiians followed, including: Poka Laenui, Mililani Trask, Bumpy Kanahele, Kekula Crawford, Kaiopua Fyfe… They all contributed profoundly to the creation of bodies like the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues and the UN Expert Mechanism for the Rights of Indigenous Peoples; and the drafting of the landmark, UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

In 2006, I began attending UN sessions on a regular basis, using a diplomatic approach, to inform the international community about what really happened here in the Hawaiian Islands and where we want to go.

Keep in mind…
We are not at the UN to… seek “recognition” from the UN or to join the UN.

We are there to cause the UN to stop being complicit in the United States’ false claims, and illegal presence in the Hawaiian Islands.

Initially, as we related our story and our desire to free Hawaii, diplomats, experts and officials at places like the UN, would say, “You have our condolences… we wish you all the best…” In other words… “Good luck in taking on the U.S.!”

Then, as we persisted, a few years later, their response started to shift to, “Do you really think it is possible?” Some trial balloons went up… like when Pakistan, in a human rights review of the USA, suggested that the political status of Hawaii, under international law, may not yet be settled. Coupled with recent international court rulings the diplomatic community began to see flaws in the U.S.’ narrative. Hmm, maybe it is possible…

A few years ago we turned the corner and the response became, “How do you think we can help?” Since then, our discussion with various international actors has been to find a way to discredit and remove the claim that the Hawaiian Islands is part of the United States.

Two years ago, we identified and developed a strategy which we are now pursuing. It focuses on what the United Nations did, not what the United States did.

In 1959 the UN General Assembly, passed UNGA Resolution 1469, accepting (without verifying) the U.S. report that the people of the Hawaiian Islands voted and gave their consent to become part of the United States.

Our plan is to encourage the UN General Assembly to review the procedure it used in the adoption of Resolution 1469. In doing so, the UN will discover for itself that the Hawaii statehood vote was a scam and that the UN General Assembly was tricked into adopting Resolution 1469.

Thus, the UN would be obligated to correct their error and rescind Resolution 1469. At that point, the U.S.’ claim of legitimacy to Hawaii evaporates! The UN and none of its members will recognize the U.S. claim to the Hawaiian Islands as legitimate. By default, the Hawaiian Kingdom springs forward from its 130-year dormancy and enters a period of transition as the U.S. makes a peaceful orderly and graceful withdrawal from our islands.

The Hawaii Nation Rises! Hoala hou Lāhui Hawaiʻi!

P.S. The rescinding of UNGA Resolution 1469 will also nullify Alaska statehood.

Dr. David Keanu Sai

Project: Resolution 1469

It ’s the 75th Meeting at the UNO in Geneva, Switzerland. The Hawaiian Island kingdom Delegation, this a great friends of me, informed me about her Project: Resolution 1469 at the UN.

Of a Question of mine, what is your target, the focus this time at the UN?

„Our goal is to get the UN General Assembly to do an inquiry into the description of Hawaii the US 50th State the US submitted to the UN General Assembly in 1959 that failed to include any of the Hawaiian Islands.“

Of other Question, I got this great answer:

Aloha Gerard:

Your Question: how would Hawaii’s independence help Switzerland & Europe?

Answer: Like Switzerland, the Hawaiian Island Kingdom is a independent neutral nation.

The US has in the past & continues today to expand its imperialist reach through its military https://edition.cnn.com/2019/03/09/asia/chagos-islands-feature-intl/index.html under the guise of protecting citizens‘ freedoms & democracy (which in reality appears more to be guns for hire to the highest commercial bidder), has killed far too many innocent civilians, has taken down far too many governments who refuse to cooperate with its agenda of commercial expansion to take precious resources from other nations at a fraction of its value and to the demise of their environment in its pursuits.  Those who refuse to stand down or acquiese, like Venezuela, the US will blatantly and in the name of Democracy and Freedom for it citizens topple and destroy economies and governments.  Those who dare to speak out are silenced, or made to look like uneducated, liberal fools in the media.  Those who have the courage to stand up for what is right is brought down quickly.  The US history shows it takes what it wants, when it wants and at any expense to whomever gets in their way!   Is this truely the same Country that helped end WWII, or was dark side of the US personality hidden in the shaddows? https://www.rt.com/usa/426848-coups-r-us-rt-documentary/

While the US has good people, who want to do good & like other countries, are demanding their rights guaranteed to them in their constitution, the rogue military persuits appears to be on its own path to world control driven by ?????.  These ambitious persuits have forgotten the golden rule; Do onto others as you want other to do onto you.  They have forgotten about cooperation and have opted for world control and domination.  What may have begun for the right reasons are taking a road of wrong.  Whether it be Switzerland or any other European Country, what stops the US or any other National Power from

its pursuit of unrighteous domination? If UN Nation States are not held to their contracts, chaos is sure to insue.

UN Mechanism „Declaration on Population Transfer and the Implantation of Settlers“  (UN Doc. E/CN.4/Sub.2/1997/23)  Article 10:

Where acts or omissions prohibited in the present Declaration are committed, the international community as a whole and individual States, are under an obligation: (a) not to recognize as legal the situation created by such acts: (b) in onging situations, to ensure the immediate cessation of the act and the reversal of the harmful consequences: (c) not to render aid, assistance or support, financial or otherwise, to the State which has committed or is committing such act in the maintaining or strengthening of the situation created by such act.

The US also signed onto the Hague and Geneva Conventions which protects the occupied countries citizens, and their private lands and property amongst other protections.

Is this a battle between good & evil? Is it acceptible to have 100’s of 1000’s innocent civilian casualites in pursuit & in the name of democracy/ global commercialism?   This military presences is not about being our brothers keeper, its beginning to look like its more about being our brother’s master!

The US, who was heralded after WWII for being Righteous Hero, Forthright, of the Highest Ethical Moral Standards has failed to remember to follow their own High Standards, their own laws & their own code of ethics: which now just appear to be rhetoric.  They tip toe around their international agreements while demanding all other UN Nation States to uphold their international agreements with no exception or deviations.

It appears the US has a definition of democracy & freedom that they hold themselves to, and another definition for the rest of the world to abide by, enforced by their military presence & aggression. Essentially saying: Do it my way or die!  Be it civilian or governments; as seen in the documentary Coups R US.  https://www.rt.com/usa/426848-coups-r-us-rt-documentary/

Is it really too much & too naive to ask that all the human rights covenants that UN member Nations signed onto, actually are upheld in the spirit of the agreement with no exceptions?  Are Treaties only viable when it’s convienent and to a members advantage- ignorable when it is not?  Is it not the responsibility of all signing parties to a Treaty / Covenant, to the other signers to their contractual obligation?  If not, what is the power that holds and enforces the agreement if not the other signing parties?

THE Hawaiian Islands which is not the US 50th State by their own definitions, are nothing more to the US than a large military base for their over eagerly prepared war games. If you prepare & spend so aggressively for war, then war, not peace, is more likely on the horizon.  The US has already sacrificed the Hawaiian Islands (Pearl Harbor) to justify its entry into WWII while protecting its own borders; that sacrifice by the Hawaiian Islands which is an Independent Neutral Nation helped the European Countries under siege bring WWII to an end.  Is it too much for the Hawaiian Kingdom to ask its fellow Family of  Nations and all benefactors of this sacrifice to end the siege/illegal US occupation on the Hawaiian Islands?  We ask this of our Treaty Partners, and all member States of the UN.

Was the 2018 ‚alleged‘ false Missile Attack aimed at Pearl Harbor & Waipahu Missile Range, really false? Was this just another attempt to engage in war with N Korea by saying their missile did the attack when in fact it would have been US initiated? It’s easy for the US to sacrafice someone else’s lands, nation and people while protecting its own.  The 1850 US – Hawaiian Island Treaty with the King, His heirs and His successors did not include the US using our islands as their shield or sacraficial military outpost.  I as an heir of Kamehameha I & III, protest to this taking, this trespass and this occupation and demand the immediate cessation of all military activity in our islands.

Is it coincidental that military personnel did drills for months before & same person would have their families also do drills in case of a missile attack that would have radiation affects? Why would the Govenor & his family of Hawaii be in a protective bunker long before the warning was released? Why would the State of Hawaii Govenor say a missile launch alert button was ‚accidentally‘ pushed when no such button exists?  The lies and dissengenous acts are blatant and with no apology.

Dr. Alfred de Zayas Former UN OHCHR Independent Expert on the Promotion of a Democratic and Equitable International Order wrote:

„In the universe of human rights in which we have been operating for so long,

there are „consensus“ victims and others than apparently can be safely „ignored“

the overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the exploitation of native Hawaiians by the US belongs to that category

of „victims who somehow do not count“

no one seems to know what happened to them

and worse — no one seems to care

But the US did pull a fast one on the UN in 1959 and this resolution 1469 remains fundamentally flawed.“

My question to all member Nations of the UN; what good are your covenants if the signing members are not willing to enforce them?  It then appears to enslave into submission the weaker countries at the will of the military powerful countries.  So if the members are not enforcing their covenants, who are the people that are enforcing them upon you?  Are these covenants mechanisms really only controls to administered upon the members at will by the selective few?  Because the US finances a big part of the UN Organization, does that give it the priviledge to circumvent its obligations and agreements?  Is that the benefit of financial support?  It seems to me the US‘ financial support over and above all other member nations gives the US a clout, benefits and privileges that other member states don’t enjoy.  It seems wrong that the US should be allowed to contribute to a UN Agency and have influence in it when they refuse to be governed by it.  This is a conflict of interest if its financial support gives them right to influence, but not be held accountable; right?  This in itself would be ground for discontent & disharmony by member States.

What is at risk for all nations, not just Switzerland and Europe, is the imperialistic reach of yet another ambitious few with a world class militia in hand who wish to rule the earth; Who wish to de-populate the earth, who wish to control all resources of the earth.  At what point is enough; enough?

I believe all nations are waking up, the citizens of the world are waking up…. isn’t it time the voices of the world citizens are heard and we make right the wrongs that allow breaking the rules as long as you have a big army to shove their will and philosphies down our throats?  The responsiblities of leadership is to care and protect the people in their realm.  Today, it appears governments are more focused on providing protections and services to commercial entities whether they do right or wrong for their citizens and abroad.

Doing rights can start right here and now with the UN revoking the General Assembly Resolution 1469 that falsely and incorrectly associates the Hawaiian Islands as the US 50th State?  Isn’t it time the UN stops rolling over and looking the other way to bullies?

As a mother, Why do we mothers do we disipline, guide, and teach our children to be kind, to take care of our fellowman, to be educated so that they can be good contributors to society and encourage them to be their best.  Why as parents are we willing to be strict with our children to teach them right from wrong  then not put our foot down to stop our children to go into the world to assert behaviors we never approved.  We were willing to be unpopular with our children, because there was a higher, bigger love and wish we have for them; to have a world they can thrive in.

Shame on us for letting our children and spouses/partners be anything other then their most righteous and their best for all mankind.  Shame on us for letting the horrifying agressions of war and pursuits of power to get this far when innocent lives, private lands, traditional cultural and  practices, sacred sites, burials are lost for another military base, another resort, and another  for

When is it the right time to do the right thing?  How many more innocent lives must be lost or devastated before we say enough is enough?  This is not just a time for UN Members to stand up and say „no more concessions to wrong doers!“   It’s time for the citizens of the world to do the same, for wives and mothers to demand of their husband and childrens to live a life of righteous decisions in their work and personal lives.  The end of the wrong doing comes when we each say, „NO MORE!“

The Hawaii Delegation and the Heirs of Kamehameha I and III ask the Citizens of Switzerland, Europe and all UN Nation States to demand their Nations to make an inquiry into the US Report A/4226 submitted on 24 September 1959 that describes Hawaii the 50th US States without the inclusion of any of the Hawaiian Islands.  Upon verification of this misleading definition that does not included any of the Hawaiian Islands (It can be done in less than 2 hours); Demand an immediate emergency UN General Assembly meeting to revoke 1469 and the US de- occupation of the Hawaiian Islands under the watchful eye of the UN Membership for a smooth, peaceful transition back to Hawaiian Kingdom self governance which does not require any further UN Committee actions.

Please find the attachments that has been sent out to the UN membership regarding this matter below and in the attachments.  Also please read Dr. Alfred de Zayas‘ Article that gives further light to Racial Descrimination in the US-  in the UN magazine New Special

about the „discovery“ of america and the devastating effect on the First Nations of America — massacred and victims of European diseases.

October 2020 issue, pp. 38-41   www.newspecial.org

Dr. Alfred de Zayas also brings our attention to Martin Luther King in his book „Why we can’t Wait“ (1964, pp. 119-120) writes:

„Our nation was born in genocide when it embraced the doctrine that the original American, the Indian, was an inferior race. Even before there were large numbers of Negroes on our shores, the scar of racial hatred had already disfigured colonial society. From the sixteenth century forward, blood flowed in battles of racial supremacy. We are perhaps the only nation which tried as a matter of national policy to wipe its indigenous population. Moreover, we elevated that tragic experience into a noble crusade. Indeed, even today we have not permitted ourselves to reject or to feel remorse for this shameful episode. Our literature, our films, our drama, our folklore all exalt it.“

Dr. de Zayas concludes: „Alas, my research as a historian confirms the words of Dr. King.“

The Kanaka Maoli Hawaiian Nationals can be best understood by its Hawaiian Kingdom Declaration of Rights and Constitution which was voluntarily proposed and signed by His Majesty King Kamehameha III on June 7, 1839, which was the first departure from the ancient legal practices in the Hawaiian Kingdom. It declared the protection of the proclaimed rights of both the Chiefly, Common aboriginal  & national Tenants.

In English translation the first article (Pauku) says: God hath made of one blood all nations of men, to dwell on the face of the earth in unity and blessedness. God has also bestowed certain rights alike on all men, and all chiefs and all people of all lands.

In Olelo Hawaii: Ua hana mai ke Akua i na lahuikanaka a pau i ke koko hookahi, e noho like lakou ma ka honua nei me ke kuikahi, a me ka pomaikai. Ua haawi mai no ke Akua i kekahi mau waiwai like, no na kanaka a pau, me na’lii a pau o na aina a pau loa.

The Hawaiian Language has many layers of meaning depending on who it is being directed to.  So the same words will have a slightly deeper meaning to those who can hear it.  When I delve into the meaning of these words It appears to be a manifesto for all mankind, not just for the Hawaiian Nationals and Kanaka Maoli (aboriginals). This is my translation of its deeper meanings as it was being spoken by GOD the Creator to King Kamehameha III:

I your Creator, have completed my creation for all mankind, for the nations of man, being of one blood, I am your mother, your father, your source.  You are my children, you are brothers and sisters from one source and for this you must remember, though you may live apart, develop different customs out of necessity, you are still one, you are equal, you are of one nation, you are my children and I gift you a mother ship (mother earth) to dwell upon, to thrive upon, to create upon, to grow upon, and to evolve upon together in this third dimension; this is your papa honua (mother ship), the provider of all, the riches for all equally to flourish in, and by.

I promised at all times, you will have everything you need to thrive, to create, to care for one another.  Your Papa honua (mother ship) is your school, its where you come to evolve your soul for your eternal life, you will do this through big and small tasks; through the work of your mind, your hands, your labor and for this no one can take away, this is yours, now and forever (intellectual property).

The materials you need for your daily needs are all around you.  The abundance and riches of the earth belongs to all of you, my children; but you must steward it as if it was your special gift, alone, even though you are not the owner, just the caretaker.

I send my representatives, na’lii, on my behalf to serve you and guide you to your betterment and soul evolution so when you return home you will be allowed to dwell in the highest parts of heaven.  Love each other, as I love you, provide for each other, as I provide for you; take care of each other as I take care of you; all you need can be found upon all the land, this is my promise and covenant with you.

You are me, I am you, let me know the third dimension through you, let my power be yours to do my will, to bring heaven upon the earth for all mankind to evolve to their highest selves, for life is eternal with me.

This is what was shown to me when I asked what does these words in Pauku 1 mean?  What was King Kamehameha III’s inspiration to voluntarily give up his absolute rulership over the Hawaiian Islands while maintaining constitutional rulership to the Kamehameha Heirs.

I found this deeper meaning profound, and with it I have a better understanding of what King Kamehameha III was gifting his people, I feel so honored to come from a society of Divine thinkers who put their people’s needs as high as their own if not higher.   Who remembers that the responsibility of leadership is to serve the people, rather than ruling with a personal agenda.  This is what the Kanaka Maoli people of the Hawaiian Islands brings to its international brothers and sisters.  We remember who we are, and maybe just maybe we can inspire others to get back to the roots of their own civilization of good with all man’s common rights intact.

I wish this for all and I pray that our international brothers and sisters from the family of nations remember our treaties and friendship and will help us by Revoking UN GA 1469 that incorrectly associates the Hawaiian Islands with the US as its 50th US State.  Please review links and attachments below.

All my best – Mahalo nui loa (Thank you so very much) for all your help to bring our demand to revoke UN GA Resolution 1469 now into the public consciousness to right this wrong.

I am Routh Bolomet, heir of Kamehameha I and III.
I am also a citizen of Switzerland through my marriage.

2018 Progress in Foreign Affairs

Hauoli Makahiki Hou!
Some Highlights of a Significant Year of Progress for the Hawaiian Kingdom
The International Scene
The job of the Ministry of foreign Affairs for the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands, is to develop friendly relations with other countries; to inform the international community about the situation in the Hawaiian Islands; to seek support for our cause and find ways that we can help others. We have been doing this for nearly 20 years, concentrating the last 12 years on building a consistent presence at the UN.
This past year, we visited the UN in Geneva four times to represent the interests of the Hawaiian Kingdom. While there, we participated in more than a dozen panels (Dr. deZayas was a co-panelist on at least 10 of those events), discussing aspects of human rights and other matters pertaining to our situation in Hawaii as well as standing in solidarity with others like Alaska, West Papua, Trieste, Kashmir, Western Sahara, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and more.
We also visited the UN in New York four times this year to engage with special committees of the UN General Assembly, and with other agencies, individuals and non-governing organizations (NGOs). My New York home base is an office across the street from the UN Headquarters that is also home to a network of more than 500 NGOs. In New York we also have regular meetings with the ambassadors posted there from various countries — especially from the Pacific Islands — updating them on our plans and progress.
Building a consistent presence at the UN has been an arduous and costly undertaking, but it is beginning to produce results — like the deZayas memorandum — and the willingness of certain actors in the international community ready to assist us when the proper time comes.
Some other trips to attend international meetings were:
• South Korea for a conference on peacemaking and reunification between North and South Korea (with follow-up meetings in New York);
• London for a Kashmiri-sponsored symposium on developing international media relations for countries seeking independence;
• Taiwan for the inaugural Global Indigenous Economics Council conference on cultural and economic sustainability;
New York Global Inter-Faith Symposium on the role of religion and the work of religious organizations in international matters.
A lot is happening internationally. After 12 years of using friendly persuasion in various venues of the United Nations, with foreign ministers, diplomats and heads of states from numerous countries… and with exposure in the international press, people are beginning to understand our situation.  Our narrative of who we are, what really happened, what the current conditions are, and the goal to restore our kingdom, has begun to sink in. Basically, we have been able to convince people in the international community that: 1) the so-called “US State of Hawaii“ is a fraud; and 2) the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists and is on the rebound.
UN Resolutions
In 2018, two resolutions were drafted to be submitted to the UN General Assembly. We expect to persuade a significant majority of the UN member states to vote to pass these resolutions that will ultimately cause the UN to no longer recognize the U.S. claim to the Hawaiian Islands as legitimate.
An International Dispute
A number of other actions have been filed in international venues, including ones by Hawaiians to halt the flagrant violations of private property rights (original land titles) by foreigners in collusion with the courts of the fake State of Hawaii. These challenges are being pursued as matters of international dispute, not within the municipal jurisdiction of the United States. Raising our complaints to the level of international dispute will confirm the Hawaiian Kingdom as a sovereign state and put a stop to the years of illegal land grabbing.
The deZayas Memorandum
The memorandum from UN official, Independent Expert Dr. Alfred M. deZayas, triggered much excitement and several actions are being taken, citing the memo about the misapplication of US/State of Hawaii laws in the Hawaiian Islands. The memo fully supports our position that the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists and the US is obligated under international law to vacate its claims of sovereignty over the Hawaiian Islands. The deZayas memo has led to an increase in direct challenges mounted by Hawaiian nationals against the puppet governing system installed by the US. And another memo is on its way.
Security for Hawaiian Nationals
In the Hawaiian Kingdom, people have the right to travel and conduct business affairs in peace. But in the “State of Hawaii” people who identify themselves as Hawaiian nationals living in the Hawaiian Kingdom (as opposed to US Citizens living in the State of Hawaii) are being denied those most fundamental rights. Hawaiian nationals have been getting abused by a corrupt system bent on serving the interests of the fake state rather than the rights of the people… in particular, the rights of Hawaiian nationals. In 2018 plans were made to begin to alleviate this problem. It will be introduced in the first half of 2019.
Lā Ho ʻ iho ʻ i Ea
175th Anniversary Celebration
The celebration of Lā Ho ʻiho ʻi Ea — Sovereignty Restoration Day — on Sunday, July 29 was the best yet!  Maika ʻi loa! With the biggest crowd in modern times, we celebrated the historical event of Great Britain ʻs return of control of the Hawaiian Islands to the proper ruler, King Kamehameha III.
King Kamehameha III Statue
On July 31, the actual 175th anniversary of Lā Ho ʻiho ʻi Ea — Sovereignty Restoration Day — the city unveiled and dedicated the newly commissioned statue of King Kamehameha III. There were great speeches showing we have come a long way. To have City and State officials recount the history and significance of Lā Ho ʻiho ʻi Ea and pay homage and respect to King Kamehameha III definitely raised public awareness of the true greatness of the Hawaiian Kingdom… This kind of change in perception and understanding will undoubtedly help in the advancement of the restoration of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
Lā Kū ʻ oko ʻ
This year, 2018 was the 175 th anniversary of an historic moment…
On Nov. 28, 1843 Great Britain and France jointly recognized the Sandwich Islands (the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands) as a sovereign state — an equal among the major powers of the world. This singular event established our position as a sovereign independent country and provides the foundation for our assertion that the Hawaiian Kingdom was never extinguished and continues (though greatly impaired and concealed) to exist as a sovereign, independent state.

Ke Aupuni Update

Keeping in touch and updated on activities regarding the restoration of Ke Aupuni o Hawaii, the Hawaiian Kingdom. Ua Mau Ke Ea O Ka Aina I Ka Pono.
———
Leon Siu – Hawaiian National
Mauna Kea – It’s time to play the jurisdiction card.
On October 30, the Hawaii State Supreme Court ruled to allow the construction of the Thirty Meter Telescope (TMT) to proceed. The decision is a disappointment to the Native Hawaiian cultural practitioners and protectors who asserted Mauna Kea is sacred and that it is being desecrated. The matter is not pau yet.
First, this recent decision can be challenged all the way up to the US Supreme Court. Second, the permitting process could take another two years. Third, the protectors are committed and prepared to continue blocking construction, to precipitate further court challenges.
The builders said two years ago that if there were any more delays they would have to cut their losses and move on. Well, that was two years ago and they are still here. Yet even with their win in the court last week, two more years are looming before they can start construction. You would think they would just pick up and leave… unless the fix is in to fast-track the permitting process… again.
The decision was not surprising. Hawaiians trying to win the case on the basis that the TMT proponents were insensitive to „native rights“ under U.S. law was a weak argument; too many subjective factors. What should have been argued by the protectors was: jurisdiction. The issue is not whether or not the state is in compliance with it policies and procedural requirements, but whether the state has any authority at all in the Hawaiian Islands, especially over lands.
The mistake is, trying to make the state comply to its own laws, when the real issue is that their American laws are invalid in the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands. Compliance is not the issue; jurisdiction is. By arguing over compliance to American laws, rules and regulations, one accepts American jurisdiction. Instead of Hawaiians arguing over compliance to American law, we should be insisting on compliance to Hawaiian Kingdom law.
How about in the next round with TMT, we challenge the State to prove lawful jurisdiction in the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands.
Election
The fake election just completed in the fake State of Hawaii was another overwhelming victory for the chief oppressor: the Democratic Party of Hawaii. This is the party that swept into power in 1956, ushered in “statehood” in 1959 and has literally been the local muscle doing the bidding of the U.S. in Hawaii from day one of statehood… The Democratic Party controls the government, the laws, the lands, the commerce and the people of the Hawaiian Islands.
Their dominance is so complete that the fake-state is synonymous with the Democratic Party. So when we talk about boondoggles like TMT, the Rail, Kaka’ako, Ho’opili… When we talk about the Akaka Bill, Fed Wreck, DOI hearings… malfeasance in OHA, DLNR and DHHL… runaway development and exploitation… homelessness, foreclosures, evictions… the crushing cost of living… etc. it is all at the feet of the dictator in charge… the Democratic Party of Hawaii.
Impact of the  Bolomet  foreclosure case
As mentioned in the last Ke Aupuni Update, Judge Castagnetti reversed her previous ruling and put the foreclosure actions against Routh on hold for now. As to the bigger question of jurisdiction, the judge appears to have put it off until the next court date in February 2019.
This new development has caused a lot of excitement throughout the lahui. This could have a huge impact on pending cases of Hawaiian patriots standing their ground against the unlawful system.
Community meetings are being held throughout the islands to discuss the implications. Strategies are being developed to assert Hawaiian nationality. At least two neighborhood boards on Oahu have inquired of the State Attorney General whether serving on neighborhood board under an illegal governing body of a foreign state constitute criminal violations under international law. It will be interesting to see how the AG responds.
Foreign Affairs
The momentum is building. Having a consistent, friendly presence at the UN over the years as a non-member petitioner is beginning to produce results. Dr. deZayasʻ memorandum is one of them. Several other initiatives are in the works and will begin to surface soon.
During September, I attended back-to-back, the session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva and the opening week of the UN General Assembly in New York. Several valuable new connections were made. In October, I was invited to participate in an international economic conference in Taiwan, hosted by the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
I am headed to Geneva and New York in December to pick up the momentum in advancing our initiatives in those two places, and to brief our friends in the international community on the progress being made here in the islands.
Celebrating La Kuʻokoʻa
Besides the numerous celebrations all over our country (the Hawaiian Islands), places like California and New York are also set to celebrate this important  Kingdom  holiday. Make it a point either attend an event near you … or organize one yourself! Whatever you do, video it and post it to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. We want the world to know the Hawaiian Kingdom is alive and celebrating!

The celebration of Lā Hoʻihoʻi Ea — Sovereignty Restoration Day — on Sunday, July 29 was the best yet!  Maikaʻi loa! With the biggest crowd in modern times, we celebrated the historical event of Great Britainʻs return of control of the Hawaiian Islands to the proper ruler, King Kamehameha III.
The two-year rejuvenation and rededication of Thomas Square (by the City and County of Honolulu) restores the park as a place of historical significance… on par with ʻIolani Palace and Maunaʻala. The restoration was well done and much appreciated, especially for this seminal celebration.
King Kamehameha III Statue
On July 31, the actual 175th anniversary of Lā Hoʻihoʻi Ea — Sovereignty Restoration Day — the city unveiled and dedicated the newly commissioned statue of King Kamehameha III. There were great speeches recounting the history and significance of Lā Hoʻihoʻi Ea. Mayor Caldwellʻs speech was exceptional as was Puakea Nogelmeierʻs and Clarke Brightʻs… and the sculptor, Thomas Jay Warren.
The level of honor, credit and recognition of Kamehameha Ekoluʻs character and accomplishments was greatly emphasized. To have City and State officials pay such homage and respect to the King definitely raised public awareness of the true greatness of the Hawaiian Kingdom… and, hopefully, advanced the notion that restoring the Hawaiian Kingdom — again — would be a good thing.
TMT Ruling
On August 8, the fake-state Supreme Court unanimously ruled against requiring another contested case hearing over the project’s sublease. This “victory” for the TMT moves it closer to being built… according to the policies and rules of the fake-state.
The 5-0 decision leaves only one more question pending: whether the $1.4 billion TMT project will be issued a conditional use permit allowing it to proceed with construction on Mauna Kea.
Or so they think…
The real issues are: Who has title to the land? and Who has jurisdiction over the land? Those questions should be coming front and center soon. And the answers will not be favorable to the fake-State of Hawaii/USA cartel.
International
A lot is happening internationally. After 12 years of using friendly persuasion in various venues of the United Nations, with foreign ministers, diplomats and heads of states from numerous countries… and with the international press… we have made great progress.
People are beginning to ʻget itʻ.  Our narrative of who we are, what really happened, what the current situation is, and the goal to restore our kingdom, has begun to sink in. Basically, we have been able to convince people in the international community that: 1) the so-called “US State of Hawaii“ is bogus; and 2) the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists and is on the rebound.
A memo was sent in February by UN expert, Dr. Alfred deZayas, to two „State of Hawaii“ judges, advising those judges that under international law, their country, the USA, has no lawful jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands because the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands is still a sovereign, independent state.
The memo has triggered several actions, one of which is a lawsuit filed by Dr. Keanu Sai to compel President Trump to comply with the Laws of Occupation by administering the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom in the Hawaiian Islands… instead of continuing to impose U.S. laws.
In another action, are working to draft two resolutions to be submitted to the UN General Assembly this Fall. We expect to persuade a significant majority of the UN member states to vote to pass these resolutions. This will ultimately cause the UN to no longer recognize the U.S. claim to the Hawaiian Islands as legitimate.
A number of other actions have been filed in various venues, including ones by a number of Hawaiians to halt the flagrant violations of private property rights (original land titles) by foreigners in collusion with the courts of the State of Hawaii. These challenges will put a stop to the years of illegal land grabbing.
